Unique, delightful, complex.
Made from the Friulano variety, classic to the extreme northeast of Italy in the region of Friuli, this always delightful white offers honey and stone fruits, acacia, almonds and lemons with hints of patisserie. It has a delicate yet creamy character with excellent tension and good complexity. Concentrated and lengthy with a leesy and zesty finish.
Pair: fish, salads, appetizers, spaghetti e oilio or cheese and veg quiche.
